尤进茂

19634月出生,山东诸城,教授,博导

曲阜师范大学化学与化工学院院长;

2009年始担任山东省生命有机分析重点实验室主任;

2012年始担任山东省绿色天然产物与医药中间体开发高校重点实验室主任;

2006年始被中国科学院西北高原生物研究所聘为博士生导师。

2010年始被山东大学环境科学与工程学院聘为合作博士生导师。

研究方向:

本人长期从事色谱-质谱分析新试剂、新材料、新方法的开发研究,利用开发的新方法对食品、环境、药物、生命等领域的分析工作中,解决当前各领域的重大问题,具体主要开展以下三个方面的工作。

1. 特色药用植物资源开发与保护研究:采用先进的现代分析测试技术对我国特色药用植物进行指纹图谱分析,阐明外界条件对植物形态结构、化学成分和遗传特性的影响,及植物对环境条件的适应和改造作用,为特色药用植物资源开发与保护提供理论依据。

2. 环境有机污染物的高灵敏检测与监控研究。从分发挥新材料的优势,在样品前处理,色谱分离和质谱鉴定等方面研究如多环芳烃 ,多氯联苯 ,以及杀虫剂等持久性有机污染物分析定量新技术,提高方法的灵敏度、准确度和分析通量。

3.蛋白质组学和代谢组学分析新方法及生物标志物筛选研究工作。通过开发新型等重同位素标记试剂,建立组学分析新方法,将新方法用于癌症患者体液、组织、细胞等样品的分析,以期筛选出灵敏特异的肿瘤标志蛋白,提高癌症的诊疗水平。
