魏伟曲阜师范大学教授,硕士生导师,中科院成都生物研究所药物化学博士,加拿大麦吉尔大学(McGill University)博士后(合作导师李朝军院士),山东省优秀青年人才基金获得者(省优青), 山东省高校青创科技计划绿色化学团队学术带头人,入选曲阜师范大学“1361”人才工程第二层次,杏坛学者。担任Chin. Chem. Lett 编委; Chin. J. Org. Chem青年编委。2023年被授予Chin. Chem. Lett.学术新星奖。2020-2024年连续5年入选世界前2%科学家名单。


科研方面:

近年来一直致力于有机化学和药物化学方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金;山东省优秀青年人才基金(省优青);山东省高校青创科技计划项目;山东省面上基金,青海省科技国际合作项目等多项基金;目前发表SCI论文130余篇,其中在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed, Chemical Science, Green Chemistry8篇), Chin. Chem. Lett.10篇), Organic Letters5篇), Chem Commun4篇), Org. Chem. Front.11篇), J. Org. Chem.10篇)等国际知名学术杂志上发表第一或通讯作者SCI论文80余篇(SCI二区以上论文52篇),总引用6776余次。 4篇代表性论文是2025年全球本学科ESI1%高被引top论文。2017年获山东省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖(首位《具有抗癌等重要生物活性有机医药材料的绿色构筑研究》;2019年获得山东省自然科学奖二等奖(第二位《具有抗肿瘤等生物活性药物中间体的绿色构建》,2020年获山东省高等学校科学技术奖二等奖(首位含硫医药材料的绿色构建》。授权国家发明专利20余项,其中转让发明专利5项。

教学情况:获得全国微课教学比赛三等奖1项,山东省微课教学比赛一等奖1项,主讲《有机化学》,《有机化学实验》,《中级有机化学实验》等课程;主持完成曲阜师范大学精品实验 1 项,指导国家级大学生创新创业项目 2 项,指导学生在 2017 2018 连续两年获得山东省优秀学士毕业论文。2017 年获曲阜师范大学教学建设成果奖二等奖(首位),获奖课题:《有机化学课程体系优化与创新型人才培养探索》。

药物研发方面:2008-2012年 成都地奥集团药物研究所 药物研发实习研究员在成都地奥集团提供的平台下,参与完成肿瘤辅助治疗药物阿瑞匹坦生产工艺、质量标准系统研究,项目得到“重大新药创制”国家科技重大专项的资助。参与完成抗癌药物卡陪他滨合成路线设计、工艺研究、中试放大和制剂等方面的研究。参与完成牛磺熊去氧胆酸的合成路线设计、工艺研究、中试放大方面的研究。设计合成的吡啶硫脲类杂环化合物,对肿瘤细胞和血管内皮细胞的增殖抑制作用活性优于抗癌药物索拉菲尼和瑞戈非尼,有望进一步开发出一种高活性的新型抗癌活性药物。
